I am a Mental Health Therapist with over 20 years of direct clinical care experience working with children, adults & families in New Jersey and Florida. My experience has included working with the New Jersey Children's System of Care conducting in-home BioPsychoSocial Assessments & providing short term therapy. My travels led me to serve as a certified NJ mental health screener & Clinician Supervisor for a Designated Screening Center in New Jersey. I have a private practice (virtual sessions only) and am available to partner with new individuals, including adults, children, couples & families.

Motivational Interviewing programs are centered around three core principles: Kindness, Respect & Partnership. I have been an active member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) since 2016. I am currently providing in-person and virtual trainings for groups, both small and large scale.

Thank you for visiting my professional page. My name is Ravi Maharajh and my family is originally from the Caribbean Islands, including Trinidad, Guyana and Jamaica. I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in New Jersey, being the youngest of four children. I enjoy running, cooking and reading (The Four Agreements & Harry Potter series are my favs). My proudest accomplishment (and ongoing commitment) is being a father to my 10-year-old daughter. I learn so much from her, everyday!
