I am a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families in New Jersey and Florida. My goal is to provide a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

In my private practice, I welcome new clients who may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or the everyday challenges of life. My approach is grounded in empathy, trust, and collaboration—because healing happens best when you feel truly seen and supported.

Therapy can feel like a big word—and sometimes an even bigger step. There are many ideas about what therapy “should” mean, but I invite you to explore what it "can" mean for you. Together, we will define your goals and work in partnership to help you move forward with dignity, respect, and clarity. My role is to walk alongside you with kindness, curiosity, and honesty.

I believe great leadership isn’t just about achieving results—it’s about inspiring others and creating space for everyone to thrive. My coaching style is flexible and tailored to each person’s strengths, challenges, and goals.

Motivational Interviewing, one of my foundational practices, is built on three guiding principles: Kindness, Respect, and Partnership. I have been an active member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) since 2016 and offer both in-person and virtual trainings for groups of all sizes.
